We are expanding operations across key locations in Tennessee and Florida, and we are looking for a Hotel General Manager to drive excellence in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from guest relations to financial management, ensuring our standards remain top-tier in both Memphis and our Florida properties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and revenue management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid Hospitality Management degree or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility to travel between Memphis and Florida locations.
