Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Process reservations, verify identification, and handle payments efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, answering questions about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues immediately to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area, including managing concierge services.
- Shift Handover: Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure all administrative tasks are up to date.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with luggage.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
