Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment in Las Vegas.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and standard guest service procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods.
