Responsibilities
- Execute efficient and friendly check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests.
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Must be reliable and presentable at all times.
