Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest room readiness
- Assist with luggage handling and provide local area information to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior hotel experience necessary – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (not required)
