Responsibilities

- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately, including managing reservations and room assignments.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and public spaces, adhering to all cleanliness standards.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic property management software.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
