Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests efficiently, ensuring a warm welcome and accurate registration.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain a secure front desk environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and faxes promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and lobby maintenance to uphold high standards.
- Update guest profiles and reservation details in our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle key cards and room assignments with strict attention to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during peak check-in times.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
