Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests and manage the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and a smile.
- Guest Relations: Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to emails, maintaining a clear and helpful tone.
- Operational Support: Assist with room assignments, process payments, and manage the lobby area to ensure a pristine environment.
- Local Expertise: Provide guests with recommendations for local dining, attractions, and transportation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are ready for guests.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and monitor the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; prior hospitality experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong desire to serve others.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
