Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Service public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain premium standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to hotel safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
