Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Restock amenities such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering department immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
