Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all spaces meet brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly to management
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest service
- Adhere to all OSHA and hotel safety regulations
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Inventory supplies and submit requisition forms as needed
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid Florida ID or work authorization
