Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Interact professionally with guests to address inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; a positive attitude is a must!
