Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas
- Operate hotel systems efficiently including check-in/check-out processes and reservation management
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public spaces following brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures for guest and staff wellbeing
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment for assigned departments
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving duties required)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
