Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and daily financial transactions
- Check-in/check-out guests during overnight hours with precision and warmth
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel safety protocols overnight
- Generate daily reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
