Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations including room assignments and inventory control
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Conduct quality assurance inspections of guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and deep cleaning projects
- Manage linen inventory and supply ordering within budget parameters
- Handle guest requests and special accommodations promptly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and health department regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory role
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of EPA-approved cleaning chemicals and techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
