Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Bedding & Linens: Make beds according to strict hotel standards and replace linens as needed.
- Amenity Restocking: Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and coffee supplies in guest rooms.
- Guest Support: Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain Safety: Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We train all new hires on the job. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are all you need.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
