Responsibilities
- Lead Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and mentor housekeeping attendants to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify maintenance issues or areas for improvement.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the stock levels of cleaning supplies and linens to prevent shortages.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Availability for Daily Pay: Must be willing to utilize our daily pay benefits program.
