Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas and workstations.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints calmly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must possess a valid state-issued ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we value potential over pedigree.
