Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails regarding reservations and general inquiries with a professional tone.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby area for all visitors to the property.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and coordinate local transportation services.
- Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure room readiness.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns immediately and escalate them to a supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new hospitality software quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
