Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional front-desk service, managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Housekeeping Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and the lobby.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in the daily maintenance and repair of hotel facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for all guests.
- Problem Resolution: Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the culinary, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately record guest information, process payments, and manage reservations using our property management system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or customer service industry.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk extensively, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights as required by business needs.
