Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, corridors, and public areas.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation and turnover.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
