Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management systems.
- Reservation Support: Assist with room bookings, changes, and cancellations to maximize occupancy.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Communication: Relay information regarding hotel amenities, local events, and transportation to guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or PMS systems are a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
