Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room key requests efficiently and accurately.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling general inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for the shift.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure the lobby, reception area, and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room issues and guest requests.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and health protocols at all times.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems, POS software, and reservation systems.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
