Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the hotel or restaurant.
- Assist guests with check-in procedures, room assignments, and general inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and common areas.
- Support the front desk team with data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
- Assist in special events and daily operations as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we will train you.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- A friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude.
