Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Collaborate with F&B staff for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with event setup and guest activities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in reservation systems
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if driving required for position)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Food Handler's certification (if applicable to role)
