As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide information regarding our amenities and local area.
- Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling cash, processing payments, and operating the property management system.
- Support: Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and problem-solving to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area, ensure the reception desk is organized and tidy, and perform light cleaning duties as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and typing proficiency; willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but no experience is required for this position.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
