Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Operations Support: Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk duties, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain a pristine and safe environment by adhering to cleanliness standards and reporting maintenance issues.
- Shift Management: Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 hotel coverage.
- Communication: Relay important information to management and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and emergency procedures to protect guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, customer-first mindset.
