Responsibilities
- Master front desk operations including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Oversee housekeeping staff and maintain brand-standard cleanliness protocols
- Assist with revenue management strategies and occupancy rate optimization
- Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a positive team environment
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and implement resolution strategies
- Collaborate with departments (F&B, events, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in daily management briefings and performance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years hotel operations experience or relevant internship
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of hotel revenue management principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
