Responsibilities
- Assist front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Shadow department heads in housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Participate in daily team briefings and operational reviews
- Support event setup and coordination for on-site functions
- Learn basic inventory management for supplies and amenities
- Document operational insights in daily logs
- Complete hospitality training modules (provided)
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- Valid Florida work permit (if applicable)
