Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train and supervise front desk agents and support staff
- Implement hotel brand standards and service excellence protocols
- Monitor occupancy rates and optimize revenue strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues
- Assist in staff scheduling and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn all hotel departments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
