Responsibilities
- Master guest service protocols through front desk rotations and VIP guest handling
- Shadow department heads in housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage operations
- Assist in managing daily hotel operations under supervisor guidance
- Participate in staff training sessions and cross-departmental projects
- Develop leadership skills through team supervision opportunities
- Contribute to operational efficiency initiatives and guest satisfaction metrics
- Complete specialized modules in revenue management and guest relations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
