Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Resolve guest concerns with discretion and problem-solving skills
- Operate property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with property management systems
