Responsibilities
- Master front desk operations, guest check-in/check-out processes, and reservation management systems
- Train alongside department heads in housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services
- Develop exceptional customer service skills through guest interaction and complaint resolution
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development
- Learn revenue management strategies and occupancy optimization techniques
- Participate in daily operations briefings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
