Responsibilities
- Assist with daily hotel operations including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping coordination
- Learn revenue management principles and inventory control systems
- Shadow department heads to understand operational workflows
- Participate in guest interaction and conflict resolution scenarios
- Contribute to team training sessions and performance reviews
- Assist with event planning and vendor coordination
- Develop proficiency in property management software
- Complete rotational assignments across all hotel departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (hospitality degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
