Responsibilities
- Shadow department heads to master front desk operations, housekeeping protocols, and guest communication
- Assist in daily staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance checks
- Participate in revenue analysis and implement upselling techniques for room packages
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to developing SOPs and training materials for new hires
- Support event coordination and VIP guest experiences during peak seasons
- Complete monthly rotational assignments across all operational areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
