Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve inquiries
- Shadow department heads to learn daily hotel management tasks
- Support event coordination and guest experience initiatives
- Complete training modules in hospitality leadership
- Participate in team meetings and operational reviews
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or college
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
