Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out and reservation management
- Support housekeeping team coordination and quality assurance

- Shadow department heads to understand operational workflows
- Participate in customer service training and guest interaction scenarios
- Help coordinate special events and group bookings
- Complete rotational assignments across all hotel departments
Qualifications
- Must be 18-20 years old (high school graduates or current college students)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Valid California work permit if under 18
- Enrollment in hospitality or business program preferred
