Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers in front desk operations, guest relations, and revenue management
- Assist in daily staff scheduling and team coordination under supervision
- Learn and implement brand service standards across all guest touchpoints
- Participate in departmental rotations (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B)
- Support inventory management and vendor relationship development
- Contribute to property improvement initiatives and guest feedback analysis
- Complete monthly training modules and performance assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality/Management preferred
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for property inspections)
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations (training provided)
