Responsibilities
- Master front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation systems
- Support housekeeping staff with room quality assurance and inventory management
- Assist with daily team briefings and staff scheduling coordination
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues under supervision
- Learn revenue management principles and occupancy optimization techniques
- Participate in cross-departmental rotations (food & beverage, events, maintenance)
- Contribute to safety compliance and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reservation systems)
