Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage)
- Assist in daily operational tasks including guest check-in/check-out processes
- Participate in staff training sessions and service standard implementation
- Learn revenue management techniques and occupancy optimization strategies
- Contribute to guest satisfaction initiatives and service recovery protocols
- Support inventory management and vendor relationship development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic hotel systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (may be required for site visits)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
