Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Shadow department heads (Rooms, Events, Food & Beverage) to understand operational workflows
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to team problem-solving sessions
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement suggestions
- Support inventory management and basic financial reporting tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers during events
- Complete weekly training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Strong academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston
- Customer service experience (retail, food service, or volunteer work)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
