Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and complaint resolution
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for 100+ team members
- Monitor budget adherence and financial performance against KPIs
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory compliance bodies
- Drive sales initiatives through partnerships and direct booking strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Micros) and revenue management
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
