Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and security
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and train department heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Build relationships with corporate clients and event coordinators
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems and industry technology
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
