Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Manage P&L responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives and community partnerships
- Address complex guest inquiries and elevate service recovery procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury or premium properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and revenue management tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense control
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
