Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Drive guest loyalty through personalized service initiatives
- Coordinate with sales team on corporate and group bookings
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Strong leadership abilities with team development track record
- Expertise in Opera/PMS systems and hospitality technology
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Washington State Food Handler's certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
