Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Monitor financial performance through budget management and cost control
- Resolve guest complaints and maintain high service quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors and local tourism authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of DC tourism market and hospitality regulations
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
