Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing hospitality teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
- Forge strategic partnerships with local businesses and tourism boards
- Drive innovative marketing and guest retention programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Advanced certification from AHLEI or similar preferred
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and revenue management
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
