Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Lead staff training programs and performance evaluations
- Address guest concerns and enhance service quality initiatives
- Collaborate with sales team to develop business partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven revenue management and P&L oversight expertise
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of Texas hospitality regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification
