Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Monitor financial performance through P&L analysis
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams
- Execute marketing and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury or full-service properties
- Proven revenue management and P&L leadership
- Strong knowledge of Nashville tourism market
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Tennessee hospitality management certification
- Experience with Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
