Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service quality through proactive leadership
- Analyze financial metrics to optimize operational efficiency and cost control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Expert knowledge of Opera, Yield Management, and industry tech
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality certification preferred
